Where is a website that transliterates Arabic into Phonetic English?
You CAN’T just google it. I have tried. All of the free translations sites favor indo-europeon & romance languages like German, French & Spanish but any language that doesn’t use Latin based alphabets will not translate into English in anyway. Sites like “freetranslation.com” don’t even have Arabic in the list.
I would really like to find someplace to phonetically transliterate english. As a for instance, I know “hello” in Arabic is roughly “marhaba” or “marhaban” or something like that.
You need someone who’s fluent in both languages. I needed transliterations of Urdu to English for a novel. I went to the sites that had English texts and wrote the webmaster. Depending on the site, you might ask others who leave emails. Don’t accept only one answer. Try to get three. Make sure they agree.
