How do I get songs I downloaded from a website onto my mp3 player?

I didn’t download from Limewire, it was from a free site online. The way I usually get songs onto my mp3 player is I click and drag them into windows media player, and then just click sync to device. However, when I downloaded from this website, the music went to my music folder, and then when I tried to click and drag them to Windows Media Player, it wouldn’t let me! How do I get those mp3s onto my mp3 player? (Its an RCA H100A) Help! I’m going on a trip tomorrow and I could really use the help…thanks!
p.s. DUMB DOWN any advice you give me because I’m not very electronic-savvy.
Also, I’m using the newest version of windows media player (11?)

all you got to do is open the file where your music is stored and drag it to the folder from your mp3 player. a folder should show up after you connect the mp3 player to your computer.
