when can i get free legal music downloads?

looking to download hero by pop evil for free, hoping not to have to install things like download manager and other stuff onto my computer to be able to do this.
really? i had a friend tell me about a site but i couldnt remember what it was called and im not going to see her for a few days so thats why i asked on here.
