i just got a new ipod 80gb classic and want to know hoy to put in videos?

i just got this new ipod 80gb classic and its awsome but i downloaded a few videos from limewire and scanned them with avg 8.0 free and it has no viruses aperantly and i want to know how to get them in itunes to see them in my ipod but for some odd reason i cant see it on windows media player i got windows vista if it helps thanks
just in case you didnt understand the question i want to know how to get the movie into itunes

Make sure that the videos are in MPEG-4 (also known as .mp4) format. If they aren’t, find a converter on the internet (there’s lots of them). Then once they are .mp4 files, open itunes and click>drag them into your library. Then sync your ipod.
