how do i set up an electroplating system in my jewellery workshop?

i have a rectifier, pyrex beakers, an ultrasonic cleaner.. 18ct cyanide free plating solution & rhodium solution.
i mainly want to plate gold over silver + rhodium over white gold.. and to do decorative masking to make patterns??
i’ve bought all this stuff but now i’m too intimidated to use it.. i can’t really follow the literature i have found.. a “step by step guide for the rather slow” would be my dream!!

If you never make the attempt you will never get the experience to do this professionally. Cyanide free is a great start.
