Graphics programme/program. A comical movie strip just by adding a few faces.?

Do you know of any free programmes/programs, other than JibJab, that allow one to add faces of say my friends, so that I end up with a short but amusing ‘movie strip’.

I’ve tried www.jibjab.com and found that to be great fun.
