Can I get Mp3 free music for real?

It said here that on those 2 site we can get free mp3 legally had anyone try any of the 2 sites reviewed? do they work?

Yes this companies are legally licensed by the RIA to offer the songs for free. They support it by display ads on their website were people go to get the songs and split the ad revenues with the record companies. For example you go to the site looking for Alicia Keys and on her download page their is a PEPSI ad. That ad is paying for your free music. Just like the tv commercials. Note that the songs are commercial free and even work on the ipod.
