Where can i get free photoshop plugins?

Where can I get free photoshop add-ons (ex. plugins, filters, brushes, etc.) that are the equivalent of alienskin plugins and other products.I have photoshop cs3 extended.

You really can’t get any that are directly equivalent, but there are a lot of very useful free brushes, textures, and actions available. Check out both DeviantArt and Brusheezy for free brushes. Also just google them. Anything made for Photoshop 7 or later should work (I know, because I download them and use them). There’s also a site with free Photoshop Actions, it’s www.atncentral.com.
