How to undelete a deleted file from Windows XP Pro?

Hi, I deleted a file about 50MB using Shift-Delete and now it’s gone. I’m wondering if theres a free program/tool where I can recover it. At download.com has some good programs but I have to pay. Thanks.

you can send it to this company and they “might” be able to recover deleted files
but if they do or if they don’t, they keep the money and believe me it’s not cheap
