mp3 free ringtones

I have a nextel i860 phone and was looking for free Mp3 ringtones… ?

I have the internet on my phone but every site i went to it said on my phones internet 406: error does any one know how to get free ringtones?????

Then only place to get a ring tone for nextel is from nextel’s site. www.nextel.com nextel phones are only compatible with their ring tones. (cause they like to get their $2.50 a piece for them) But if you are alright with computers you can buy a cable and software off ebay and find a software (try downloads.com) called Myjal. It will let you add and take stuff off your phone. Then you have to get “sony sound forge 7″ from downloads.com and from there you should be able to plug any device (mp3 player or cd player) into your computer and record whatever it is you want. It is a kind of complicated process and both of the soft wares you need are trials(unless you buy them and sony sound forge is upwards of about $200) but if you have enough computer smarts you should be able to get it. Start with the cable (and most of them come with some software and they are cheep on ebay) other then this method you have to get them from nextel (Bad prices, Bad selection and usually not the part of the song you want) Feel free to email me if you have any further questions or if you get into trying it yourself and get stuck.
