losing will power! I need some help with my diet!?
I have been dieting and working out for 12 weeks and have lost 30lbs
I depend on my aunt to take me to the gym 3-4 days a week but now she hasn’t been able to go
And instead of being determined to stick to my diet I have been cheating!
Today I ate
Cereal with skim milk-breakfast
A yogurt-snack
A fiber one bar-snack
Steamed vegetable dumplings -lunch
A sugar free pudding-snack
tofu noodles with veggies-dinner
A skinny cow ice cream-snack
A rice cake-snack
That’s a total of 1035 calories
But I had around 5 chewy chocolate chip cookies right now soo horrible
and around 4 french fries around lunch time
I weigh myself every monday
And I know people say that’s too little calories but I can bet anyone I will have gained weight this week
first off, grats on the 30 lbs.
if you cant make it to the gym you could always walk places
go biking
swimming
anything to stay active.
and remember the more active you are,
the more calories you will need.
its easier to stick to healthy foods that you enjoy
and not just whatever you find that is healthy.
baked sweet potato fries are a good substitute for fried white french fries.
also, cooking your own food can help you keep track of calories and such. youll also like it since you put in what you like.
