What free trial program for photoshop should a newbie download?

I am going to teach myself how to edit my wedding pictures with a photoshop download trial, but there are three options, Photoshop CS5, Photoshop Lightroom 3, and Photoshop Elements 9. Suggestions? And good websites with trials for cool effects would be nice

Photoshop CS5 has an abundance of tutorials out there so it’s very easy to learn in a short time. It will get you professional results but it’ll cost. I think Photoshop CS5 is the best choice.

You could get pretty good quality and very easy to use UI with Photoshop Elements 9, but it’s just NOT as powerful as Photoshop CS5.

Photoshop Lightroom 3 is good, but it doesn’t do nearly as much as you could with Photoshop CS5, but has many features of it’s own that you probably won’t get in Photoshop CS5.

There are some very good free image editing software, and among them, the best are probably GIMP and Paint.NET
